Looking for ways to beat the heat with the kids? Come visit the library and cool down with some great reads and activities.

Here is a listing of events for the remainder of July:

July 16 – Villians vs. Heroes Game Day – Join in for various group games and activities complete with ice pops and prizes. 10 – 11 a.m. 4th-6th grades only.

July 21 – See Magician Todd McKinney as he entertains elementary-age kids at 10, 11 a.m. and noon.

July 23 – David Slick and his intimidating tricks: David Slick will amaze with his intimidating tricks involving swords and maybe even some fire. 10 – 11 a.m. 4th-6th grades only.

July 23 – Big Hero 6 Family night from 5:30 – 7:15. Come dress as your favorite caped crusader and watch the movie. *Elementary age kids and families.

July 31 – Harry Potter’s Birthday Party- Witches, wizards, muggles and squibs are all invited to this come and go party to celebrate the birthday of the boy who lived. Complete with
games, trivia and crafts. Come in your finest robes or dressed as your favorite character for the costume contest scheduled at 3:00 p.m.

Note: Activities require wristbands due to limited space in the activity room. Wristbands are handed out in the lobby by 9 a.m. on the day of the program.
