New assistant superintendent named for Wylie ISD

Kim Spicer was recently named the new assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction for Wylie ISD following the resignation of Jeannie Stone. Spicer comes to the school district from Frenship ISD where she served as the high school principal for the past 10 years.
