Several dogs and cats are now protected against diseases thanks to the annual pet shot clinic held Oct. 3 at the Sachse Animal Shelter.
Volunteer veterinarians from Animal Allies, a Garland based rescue organization, were on site and provided low cost vaccines at as a public service.
“We were happy for the opportunity to help this shelter,” Animal Allies Veterinarian Lynn Ruwe said. “The day was very organized and the pet owners were very appreciative.”
