Residents who want to dispose of old or unused medicines will no longer have to wait for the twice –yearly Drug Take Back Day.

A permanent Drug Take Back box has been installed in the lobby of the Sachse Police Department. The program was unveiled during the Nov. 2 regular City Council meeting. Police Chief Bryan Sylvester said that in the past, on a designated day, the Department, in conjunction with the DEA, hosted the Drug Take Back program.
