The Sachse Public Library was filled to capacity Dec. 14 with families eager to watch scenes from the beloved Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker.”

The ballet was performed by members of Harmonic Motion Ballet Company. The dance school is based in Fate. The story revolves around the lovely Clara who travels to a beautiful world with a handsome Nutcracker Prince. Library Manager Mingon Morse said the show was perfectly performed.

“The dancers were amazing,” she said. “The kids absolute loved it. This is a timeless classic and I am so proud we could host this for the community.”
