A Sachse woman died last week when the pickup truck in which she was a passenger struck the rear of a tractor-trailer near Pueblo, Colo.
Fatally injured in the wreck was Mary Englebert, 21. She was riding in a 2005 Ford F-150 driven by Richard Garza, 25, of San Antonio.
The wreck occurred about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, on I-25 about 25 miles south of Pueblo.
Colorado State Patrol reports that the pickup was southbound on the interstate when it struck the rear of a trailer towed behind a Volvo truck that also was southbound and driven by Vernon Kinslow, 62, of Kissimmee, Fla. The Ford spun and came to rest in the left hand lane of traffic after the collision and the semi came to a controlled stop in the right hand lane.
