Funeral procession for Dallas Police officer to affect President George Bush Turnpike traffic

A funeral procession for Dallas Police Senior Cpl. Lorne Ahrens will occur along parts of the PGBT on Wednesday, July 13 beginning at approximately 12:30 p.m.

The lengthy procession will enter President George Bush Turnpike at Midway Road traveling east to U.S. 75 (Central Expressway). Access to eastbound President George Bush Turnpike between Midway and U.S. 75 will be blocked during the procession. The procession is expected to last approximately an hour-and-a-half.
