Lady Mustangs gallop to winning record

All things considered it was a successful 2019 softball campaign.

Sachse finished up the year with 24 wins and seven losses, and at one point was 19th in the Texas Girls Coaches Association Class 6A state rankings.

“I thought our season was filled with a lot of great moments and big victories,” SHS head coach Pete Vamvakas. “I am extremely proud of how our team fought for everything this year. They played every inning to their best potential and I could not be more proud of everything that they accomplished.”

The Lady Mustangs claimed second in District 10-6A at 12-2, with Wylie as the champions at 14-0.
