Spring game Wednesday at high school

by | May 23, 2019 | Sports

Sachse came into spring football practice with a fairly young roster, experience-wise.

Head coach Mark Behrens said the younger players have developed quite nicely.

They showed off their development during the May 22 spring game at the high school stadium.

“You really get to see how far they (younger kids) have come from the start of spring to the end,” Behrens. “It’s a lot different playing at the varsity level. Playing in a game-type environment will help down the line when fall starts.”
