Garland ISD improved seven points on its statewide report card earlier this summer, and if you ask Superintendent Ricardo Lopez, things are just going to keep getting better.
He gave his yearly report to the Sachse Chamber of Commerce at its luncheon held Tuesday, Sept. 10.
