Sachse was well represented at the GISD spelling bee last week, thanks to the efforts of two fifth grade girls.
Keziah Thomas of Armstrong Elementary and Lexie Mumphrey of Sewell Elementary each won their campus’ spelling bee earlier this month, which sent them to the district match Tuesday, Jan. 14.
