Planning starts for possible bond election

Council has taken the first steps in planning for a bond election.

City Manager Gina Nash, along with other members of city staff, first proposed the idea in December 2019. Because so many roads, utilities, drainage areas and facilities are in need of major repair, a $52 million bond would be the quickest way to fix everything.
