Prior to Thanksgiving, the Sachse Mustangs came up with a bounce-back win over Lucas Lovejoy to move to 3-4 on the season. The Mustangs have alternated wins and losses after starting the year on a two-game skid.

Still, Coach Zach Mikesell’s team came up a big win prior to taking some time off for turkey and stuffing. It didn’t take Sachse long to show that they meant business last week. All five starters reached the scorer’s sheet in the opening quarter against Lovejoy, led by nine points from Trae Brown.
