Overnight shelter renovations nearly completed

A Collin County nonprofit that provides short term aid to families experiencing housing crisis is getting a hand up from a Sachse church.

Volunteers from Family Promise of Collin County are currently finishing work on the interior of the parsonage at First United Methodist Church of Sachse, which will become an overnight shelter to provide temporary housing for families.
