by | Feb 20, 2025 | Latest

The Sachse Historical Society fundraiser gave attendees, from left, Tricia Lindsey, Historical Society secretary, her husband, Chance, and friends Jon and Maria Gonzales, Tracy Bowes, and Debbie and Robert Cunningham a chance to dress in 1920s attire for a night of intrigue and fun Friday, Feb. 14.

A night of intrigue, history and mystery transported guests at the Sachse Historical Society’s annual fundraiser, where they became part of a real-life courtroom drama.

More than 60 attendees, many dressed in 1920s attire, gathered at First United Methodist Church Friday, Feb. 14 for the society’s second murder mystery dinner, featuring an interactive performance by the North Texas Civilian Historians.

Ed Brown, president of the Sachse Historical Society, welcomed the crowd as they enjoyed an Italian dinner catered by Venezia Pizza Cafe, with desserts provided by Audrey Wallace and 5 Loaves Food Pantry.
