GARLAND – Sachse forced five turnovers in a 28-19 win over Garland Naaman Forest at Homer B Johnson Stadium. The Mustangs clinched a playoff berth with the win.

Sachse’s (6-3, 5-2 in District 9-6A) defensive effort stalled a talented Naaman Forest offense in the second half.

Roderick Rainwater, Ladainian Jones, and Dirk Williams Jr. each rushed for a score on the night. Jones led the group in yards, with 61, and returned a punt 50 yards in the third quarter.

Garland Naaman Forest’s (4-5, 3-4) receiver Braylon Deal took the quarterback spot tonight, throwing for 193 yards and two touchdowns.
