Total taxable property values in Sachse up 12.8%

Property values in DFW continue to rise and the city of Sachse is no exception.

Total certified taxable values for all Sachse properties in both Collin and Dallas counties were up in 2024 compared to 2023. According to Collin Central Appraisal District (CCAD) and Dallas Central Appraisal District (DCAD) updated taxable values released on July 23 and July 25, respectively, total taxable value rose 12.74%.
