Nearly 40 students received the opportunity to continue learning at the second-annual Garland ISD Youth Digital summer camp. A joint venture between the district and Region 10, this year’s interactive camp focused on 3-D and mod game design.

“We dedicate two weeks to teaching kids coding, design, illustration, animation, programming and product development,” said Coordinator of Technology Applications Jasna Aliefendic. “Last year’s camp was so full, we had kids on a waiting list. We get a lot of interest from students and parents.”
