Like all other branches of the healthcare industry, morticians and funeral directors are reinventing how to give quality care while maintaining safety.

Charles Smith, owner of Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home and Cremation Services, entered the industry to give grieving families a personal touch. But the coronavirus pandemic is making that task more and more difficult.
